The american revolution and french revolution were two wars that were fought for freedom and equality. the american revolution took place in the 13 colonies in north america; these colonies were once a part of england and ruled by king george iii. the french revolution took place in the country that ruled it. although the outcomes were different, these two revolutions focused on the citizen.
