1. Mild or early stage of alcoholism this is characterized by a higher tolerance for alcohol which means that the brain function is changing in order to compensate for the amount of alcohol that has been put into your system.

2. moderate or middle stage alcoholism the consequences begin to start and most find themselves less interested in things that used to be such as hobbies and activities and just stuff you enjoyed in general you start to have with drawl symptoms without it indicate that you have become dependent on alcohol physically.

3. Severe or late stage alcoholism this is when you start to see the most amount of physical changes and medical problems like liver disease and high blood pressure and a lot of the people on the stage suffer from depression due to the fact that alcohol has become a reliant in their life
