Says, "wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase." in other words, a person who tries to get money by fraudulent means will not get more, but the steady worker will add to his savings.

Sometimes people think that old books or old knowledge are outdated, but apparently some still applies today. Around 3,000 years ago or now, people have been trying to find a way to get rich without working. But as it happened back them, easy comes, easy goes. Fortunes made without work generally last very little.

True (From Proverbs 13:11)

A biblical quote from the bible book of Proverbs 13:11.

For example, a gambler who in effect tries to get money by fraudulent means will not get more or since the money has come easily, he may have very little appreciation for its value.

But someone who labours or do steady work will indeed add to his savings.
